I went to book a room and at the end the prices changed. As soon as I hit submit I hit cancel because the prices were not accurate.
I then received a confirmation telling me I booked a room. When I called they said there was no reservation and it wasn’t charging me. A month later a charge for 509.00 appears on my credit card. I have been battling American Express and this company for a refund.
I never stayed in the room and the company states there is no reservation yet they charged my credit card! Always book through Expedia or the hotel itself!
Beware! This has been a nightmare.
