I made a reservation for two rooms at Best Western BWI in late April...arrived at hotel, my reservations were in the Best Western hotel system and when I checked out in the morning, the hotel billed me for the two rooms. Month later, see the Reservation Counter charge for two rooms along with the direct billing from the hotel.
I called Reservation Counter and was told to send receipts and they would resolve. Instead, received an email back the next day and was it was my problem to resolve.
It seems Reservation Counter has my money and did not paid the hotel for my stay. They need to determine why their reservation at the Best Western did not register correctly and flag that payment had already been made.
